How It Works

  • Pre-Production

    First, we’ll schedule a complimentary phone consultation to go over the details. We’ll get to know each other a bit. Communication is key to a successful project.

    If you would like to move forward, I’ll put together a detailed quote based on our conversation. You’ll always know exactly what you’re getting and what the cost will be.

  • Production

    I deeply respect the time of those I work with. I know you’re extremely busy and that your time is at premium. I’ll arrive at least an hour early to ensure I’m set up and ready to shoot exactly when we agreed to start.

    I’ve spent years working with others to help them get comfortable on camera. I understand that it isn’t something most people do every day and I’m sensitive to that. I have years of on-camera training and experience and I know how to apply that experience to help those who’ll be on camera be at their best.

  • Post-Production

    After shooting, I’ll get to work putting the best of what we shot together with your goals at the top of my mind. Every edit will be intentional, working toward the most effective way to tell your story. I have specific and extensive experience editing long interviews and conversations into clear and concise storytelling pieces. Editing will include music (if desired) and color grading.

  • Approval and Final Delivery

    Once editing is competed, you’ll review and provide feedback. This can all be done remotely. I make it easy for you to review make notes. I include up to two revisions as part of each quote so there’s a high level of two-way communication to ensure you’re happy with the results.

    Once changes are complete, I’ll provide you with files that meet your specific needs including, archival quality masters, files ready for online usage such as YouTube, etc.
